In 2019 Shadow Brook Construction completed roofing, drywall and other repairs on our home. We were "extremely" satisfied with the workmanship.
We had an excellent experience with SBC. Much of the prior work done on our house was not done well. SBC not only came in and repaired damage, but made things look better and operate as they should. Communication throughout the process was clear and helpful. Guy always made sure to give us our option and helped us pick the right solution for our house. Shadow Brook Construction built our garage, which was added on to our house. Driveway access leading to the house made the designing of the garage a challenge, but it turned out great! It blends in to the exterior lines of the house beautifully. We are very pleased with the quality of the structure. We assumed we’d have to purchase a garage heater but didn’t get it done before the first winter. We are glad we postponed it! The garage holds heat in during the winter and stays cool in the summer. Guy listened closely to what we had in mind and exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier.

We decided we wanted a deck and pergola added to our home and wanted it done with good workmanship but also at an affordable cost. Guy and his crew built the deck and pergola about three years ago now and it is just as beautiful as the day it was finished. Guy was very professional and his work was done to perfection, with attention to every last detail. We just want to take the time to extend our appreciation for the wonderful job Shadow Brook Construction did in installing all new windows in our home.
Our house is old, and things are not quite “plum” anymore, but Guy took the time to completely rebuild every window frame so that the new windows fit perfectly. The quality of the craftsmanship continued to impress us as we moved through the winter months with no drafts, and huge savings on our utility bills. Guy’s attention to detail that we would have never thought to look at made our experience very positive.
